One can of pure pumpkin, blackberry puree, mashed banana and some whey protein powder. I love it but my friends really don’t like looking at it.

Tbf, looks like something my sister would eat

This honestly might be helped if you put it in a bowl. Perhaps refrigerating/freezing it into a pudding/icecream texture may be more appetizing to look at.

Is the texture as gritty as my brain has convinced me it is? Why not chuck it over some rice or something so you’re not just having a non Newtonian goop for dinner?

At first i thought it was pureed chili..

This is like the fall version of an acai bowl. Put it in a bowl, and arrange some of the ingredients like sliced bananas and a bit of blackberry puree on top in a neat way. Congrats, your slop is cool now.

Honest question, why a fork and not a spoon?

  9. h8tetris

This looks delicious. Don’t listen to them, the most healthy people I know eat something like this, almost every day of the week.

  12. Acceptablepops

I thought this was a tomato bisque fir a sec

  13. Adipshitwholikesbugs

I though that was partly frozen chili..

  14. turquoise_amethyst

If you froze it as a smoothie I think it would look more appealing.

At room temp it seems more like baby food?

But to each their own, whatever tastes the best to you— and it’s all going to the same place anyways!

Looks like what comes out when you’re not healthy…

I would feed that to my baby, she’s just learning how to eat.

You certain that they don’t call it “hell slop”?

  19. fairydommother

Ooh have you tried it with Greek yogurt? That sounds like it would super good.

Do you cook it down after? Those bananas will take that entire slop to a legit next level if you smash them in a pan and let them caramalize a bit.
