Tip though – let it rest longer before you cut it. All that juice on the plate could have been absorbed back into the meat while it was cooling down. Juicer bites!
My wife prefers to cut it early and dip the slices into the juice though so I guess I’m saying dont be like my wife lol

Small tip cause the top looks more rare. Flip the tri tip a few times to promote a more even cook. 👍
