Crusted Parmesan Brussels Sprouts with @plantifulalyssa . The perfect holiday side. Simple ingredients, a one pan recipe, a recipe to save!
500g Brussels Sprouts
1/3 cup melted vegan butter
1 tbsp neutral oil (we used avocado oil)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 cup grated vegan parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to bake at 425F
Step1. Rinse and cut the sprouts in half lengthwise.
Step 2. On a large baking tray, mix the remaining ingredients together then spread out the mixture evenly across the tray.
Step 3. Place the Brussels sprouts cut side down onto the mixture then drizzle a little neutral oil on top of the sprouts.
Step 4. Place the tray in the oven and allow the sprouts to cook for 10 minutes then flip the sprouts and bake for another 15 minutes or until the sprouts are tender.
