My weight loss was really slow at the beginning of the year. I was eating only 1200 calories and then going crazy on the weekends. I’ve found 1500 calories and shooting for 130-150g protein to be my perfect balance to keep me full and satisfied. My staple foods: canned chicken or tuna, 647 bread, tattooed chef cauliflower rice, kirkland chicken nuggets, carb balance tortillas, sugar free sauces, egg whites, turkey bacon, drizzalicious, and lesser evil popcorn 😋

I love lesser evil popcorn! Only 80 cals for the bags st Costco and they are the perfect hold-me-over 3pm snack between lunch and dinner. That used to be my weakest time but I look forward to it now 🙂
