Visited NYC for a week and hit up some old favorites and spots that I’ve had on my list for a while.
-2: Fried zucchini flowers and Agnolotti from Aita in Clinton Hill. Always a favorite for Italian.
 Rhythm Zero in GP.
Summer Snap Pea salad from Bakeri in GP. It was too heavy on the lemon vinaigrette and the focaccia was mid. This place used to be one of my go-to’s for Brunch, a disappointment.
The Scrambler from Eggshop in Nolita. Also make a pit stop to Cafe Integral next door.
Tum Magsavirat from Somtum Der in EV.
Breakfast tacos from Cafe Miguel in WB. A hidden gem!
Duck Confit salad from Big Tiny in Carroll Gardens.
Uncle Chucky from Court Street Grocers in WB.
-11: Gerng jook and Chrysanthemum salad from Bonnie’s in WB.
-13: Vegetable quiche and Strawberry tart from Westmoreland at the Frick Collection. Went on a weekday and the place was absolutely packed. On the expensive side, crowd is pretty much all retirees but still fun.
-15: Heirloom tomatoes & palm harts salad and Filet Mignon at Casa Ora in WB. This was my favorite meal of the trip, everything was fresh and flavorful.
-17: Iced Cafe Slushie and Chickpea Crunch Wrap from Edith’s Counter in WB.
Butter Beans at Cecily in GP.
Matcha and Tuna-Mayo Onigiri from Kijitora in WB.
Classic Dog from H&H Reserve in WB. Also enjoyed their happy hour deals.
