Hot-Honey Harissa Shrimp Flatbreads are here to wake up your weeknights. Quick, messy, spicy-sweet wraps for anyone bored of the same old dinners. If you haven’t bought some Harissa paste yet, then you’ve been missing out. Get some now and try these juicy shrimps that get tossed in smoky harissa and sticky hot honey, then piled into soft Greek flatbreads with zesty tabbouleh, cool cucumber crunch that even Kenji loves, a drizzle of tahini, and a hint of dill. Itโ€™s fast, itโ€™s fresh, itโ€™s got that street-food vibe but still healthy enough to feel good about. Perfect for busy nights, seafood lovers, or anyone chasing big flavour with little effort.

  1. Dear chef, thank you for another interesting recipe. The dish looks great. Do you know the recipe for French Madeleine cookies? It would be interesting to see your interpretation.
    P. S. I was surprised when Kenji refused to eat the cucumber. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ
My French bulldog ate all the vegetables, berries, and fruits. Without him, I couldn't eat anything at all! He especially loved corn, sunflower seeds, and pine nuts.

  2. I usually love your recipes. But – how could you do that and call it tabbouleh? You have the ingredient proportions all wrong. Tabbouleh is a predominantly parsley salad. The bulgur wheat is a minor ingredient and should only just be visible. I also think you have over soaked your bulgur wheat. I do like the prawns so will try that.

  3. Heโ€™s so adorableโ€ฆ.๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ Love this recipe ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

  4. I know what Kenji was thinking, when he got the cucumber….but I promised my mum I wouldn't use that sort of language….his eyes said he wanted to stick it somewhere….

  6. Lebanese here. For the tabbouleh, we never add cucumbers. Just tomatoes, parsley, mint and onions. Also, we never add that much burgul, a small pinch is enough. Cheers.

  7. Hi ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธBest Chef Ever๐Ÿ˜. Can I use Quinoa instead Bulgur? Greetings from California. Thank you ๐Ÿ™for your "out of this world recipes"๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿซ‚๐Ÿ’™

  8. You know to capture the best of Kenji's expressions! He outrightly refuses to try out a vegan diet ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚. This shrimp wrap is insanely delicious and an incredibly healthy street food recipe. Have a wonderful Tuesday Chefโค!

  9. hey, I just discovered your channel today and I found so many recipes I wanna cook! and your videos are also very relaxing, thank you so much! you got a new sub:)

  10. Mmmm, so fresh and yummyโ€ฆ.. you guessed it, picking up prawns & pita bread in the morning. Many thanks again Joel๐Ÿฅ‚ and a hug for Kenji ๐Ÿค—

  11. The poor victim in this… Kenji the Dog ๐Ÿ•. ๐Ÿ˜ขCannot eat all of the amazing smells๐Ÿ˜‚ Old fashion beautiful way of cooking.. How did we lose this? I think the Microwave destroyed cooking… Processed food was produced in mass. Thank you for reminding us what real food is! Blessings
