Smoked unwrapped for 4 hrs then i found some blue cheese in the fridge so topped it ln with bbq sauce and opened all the vents for 30 minutes. Then let sit covered in foil on a tray for 30 minutes

    Great work! What temp was it at? I find my sweet spot is 230-245ish.
