Does anyone else pull the onions from making broth? I like to slap mine on a piece of bread.

No but I have been meaning to keep the onion paper peels as well as the garlic ones to make homemade vegetable stock.

I’ll pull the onions out and then blend them with an immersion blender with a little broth then reintroduce it to the broth if I’m making gravy with it.

I usually just drink the broth with he onions in it, than eat a whole raw red onion after to cleanse my pallet.
