The first burger ive made without handholding in a professional setting (a local pub) in 5 years.

Took the closing shift for someone who wasn't feeling well, even though i don't feel 100% confident on grill side.

It looks like crap but im damn proud of it regardless, everything there is cooked well, and tastes good, if you like franks and blue cheese.
