Unless it’s expected to be eaten with the dessert get rid of the unappetizing pieces of garnish. I personally would be put.off by giant springs of rosemary on everything and also the greens on the strawberries. But maybe I’m just picky. Overall they look messy but it appears that is what you are going for. The red cake makes zero sense to me.

I looks nice, but unless the flavour is a match dont add anis or rosemary as garnish. And personally I wouldn’t add stuff thats unedible.

I think they look aesthetic, but rosemary is a powerful herb, so unless it matches the flavor profile i wouldnt put it in direct contact of anything thats going to be eaten.
