For the Chili:
- 500g ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 green bell pepper, diced (optional)

- 300g canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 300g canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 250ml beef broth

- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Macaroni:
- 250g elbow macaroni
- Salt, for pasta water
For Topping & Serving:
- 100g shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Cornbread (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions:
- Make the Chili In a large pot over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until softened. Stir in diced tomatoes, beans, tomato paste, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cook the Macaroni While the chili simmers, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain.
- Combine and ServeI n a large bowl, combine the chili and macaroni. Top with shredded cheese and sliced green onions. Serve hot with a side of cornbread.
