🛒 Ingredients
Dough:
350 g all-purpose flour
150 ml warm milk
3–5 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp yeast
1 tsp garlic powder

Topping:
150 g ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 bunch parsley, chopped
1 tsp red pepper flakes (pul biber)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
Mozzarella or pizza cheese

👩‍🍳 Recipe
Prepare the dough
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add warm milk and mix until combined.
Add olive oil and knead for about 15 minutes until smooth.
Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
Punch down the dough, shape it, and roll it out.
Cover and let rest for another 45 minutes.
Prepare the topping
Mix ground beef with onion, bell pepper, green onions, parsley, and spices.

Assemble:
Shape dough into a long oval.
Spread the meat mixture evenly.
Add cheese in the center.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
