Sourdough wheat/spelt sandwiches with gouda/mozzarella, cooked and Black Forest ham, hungarian salami

From the same sourdough bun batch like last time. Buns were pan roasted with butter this time. 3oz each. Sprinkled with sesame seeds.

With a bit of ketcup and Dijon mustard on the side. Delicious, soft and crispy!
