The plan was to get up early and get some painting done before work. I just saw Revy make homemade bagels. And well, I got to try it. 1 and 1/2 cups of warm water. One teaspoon of sugar. 2 and 1/4 tsp of yeast. How I’m supposed to figure out a/4 scoop of a teaspoon? I don’t know. We’re going to try our best. One, two, and a quarter. It’s bagel’s problem. Oh, shoot. Swirl it up. Let it activate foam. Hey Google, set a timer for 10 minutes. Now you got to leave it alone till it gets all foamy on top. 10 minutes sounds like plenty of time. [Music] Can you see the foam? That means it’s ready. Get a mixing bowl. You need four cups of flour. One, two, three, and four. One tablespoon of salt and the yeast. That’s marin. Hey Google, set a timer for 10 minutes. So, we’re going to clean up our mess and paint a little bit more. Now just knead it a little bit and shape it into a goodiz ball like that. It’s a dough ball pop. Oil up a bowl. Put the ball in the bowl. Cover. Hey Google, set a timer for 1 hour. Knead it a little bit more. Back into a ball. Now cut this ball into eight pieces. Then shape these into a ball. Poke a hole through and make the bagel shape. I don’t know what I’m doing. Like that. I’m going to add some cinnamon and raisin to a few cuz that’s my husband’s favorite. Like that. Hey Google, set a timer for 30 minutes. Supper with plastic again. Okay, now I’m going to work on some t-shirt orders. I’ve got a really busy September and October. I’m going to be shutting down my shop for a little while. So, if there’s anything you want, you better go get it. It’s been 30 minutes and now you got to boil them in water. So, I probably shouldn’t have put the raisins on there yet. I ain’t never made these before. 1 minute on this side. A few raisins survive. to brush on some liquid chicken. Bake them on 400 for 25 minutes. They smell and look amazing, but why do the raisins look like Miss Trunchable’s mold? And we’re just gonna pop those right

  1. You keep activating my Google ๐Ÿ˜‚ I keep having to delete it so I can continue the video – hilarious

  2. Put your raisins or nuts into the mix before adding liquids, theyโ€™ll distribute thru if they are coated with flour first. Also keeps them from sinking to the bottom of wet mixes

  3. I love the shorts I've seen from you, but can we maybe bleep out the G word (google)? Somehow my hubs keep responding to your videos from the other room even though they won't work from three feet away for me!

  4. I think your supposed to put the raisins in a little flour and then into the dough. I know my mother in law did this when she made raIsin bread. I know it keeps them from sticking together. ??

  5. I am so glad you check for poison in your food. Also love your happy dance after tasting your food. Be honest now, does your food really taste that good? If so your making me jealous.

  9. Awesome! A baking tip for ya. Soak your raisins in warm water to hydrate them. Soak them for about 15 mins. ๐Ÿ˜‰ They will kneed into the dough better ๐Ÿ™‚

  10. Sorry, unless y'all are getting up at midnight, you aren't doing all this before work. Unless your work day doesn't start till noon.

  12. Raisins plump back up whenever they're soaked in water. Some people plump them in water before adding them to recipes, like carrot raisin salad or broccoli salad.

  13. I believe if you cut up your raisins in smaller pieces first – roll them in flour + then knead in your dough, that may just work for you…
