The pepperoni moved on me and the middle is a bit wet but overall, it's by far the best pizza I've made. I never thought a pizza oven at home would be such a game changer.

Damn good job for first pie with your home oven. That looks great.

Excellent

Looks great but I prefer less pooling of cheese and toppings in the center so I always top heavier near the rim and much lighter in the center because everything migrates to the center during the bake.

Looks great. I always wondered how to launch without toppings shifting.

Honestly having an edible pizza if this was truly your first attempt makes it instantly a 10/10 I’d bet some crazy % of peoples first try ends in fire or failed transfer from peel to oven 🤣

First attempt, looks fantastic. I’d smash that.

Looks like you’re gonna have to make a couple to get that ROI.

pepperoni looks great! if it starts to form like a cup shaped, it means it is starting to get burned. from the appearance of your pizza, it means the temp is perfect 👌
about the toppings. this is what we called “center loading” cause the crust pushed it. to avoid this, we use dough docker roller. just swipe it 4 to 6 times (depending at the size of dough) before streching.
other than that. looks great! please invite us next time 😅

That crust looks so damn good!

The finished product looks great. I’d stretch the toppings out to the edges more. I’m guessing it was still tasty as hell.

It’s beautiful. Personally I’d have the cheese more spread out so that some of it gets on the crust and turns golden, I imagine it could also limit shrinkage if it’s anchored onto somn like the crust instead of floating on sauce. Good job sir would stuff in my face

Crispy

The good – it seems to have a good ratio of sauce to cheese to topping, its cooked almost perfectly.
The bad – just a bit too long with that pepp being burnt
The could do better – next time i personally would suggest a bit less on the crust around the edge as some of that is pretty wide. Also i would suggest spreading the cheese and pepp a bit more evenly. But thats just my opinion.
Overall – great work, an outstanding first attempt
