Been having lots of fun figuring out how to pack in more food with less calories to help my husband transition from his usual high calorie diet. These meals are anywhere from 1790-1820 calories a day.

I've been integrating advice from my last post and a few things are helping tremendously!

-Egg whites double the size of breakfast
-Low fat cheese!
-Bulking up on melon/low cal veg
-Canned soups fill in the gap when I'm out of ideas
-PB2 makes a great peanut sauce
-Weighing the spray can of oil is easier to track

Today is day 11 and it's been fun coming up with ideas even if the weighing part is a bit tedious.
