Lemon pepper scallops with @FireSmokeSociety

Let’s make this delicious lemon pepper scallops. I’m going to be using Firem Smoke Society’s lemon pepper seasoning, which you can pick up at Walmart. Once seasoned up, you want to sear them on high heat on a pan. Remove them. And then we’re going to make that sauce. That’s butter, garlic, more of the lemon pepper seasoning, and parsley. Put those scallops back in there. And you’re going to go ahead and base these. This came out absolutely fantastic. Go ahead and give it a go. [Music]
