1 lb chicken breast or thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces)
2 tablespoons olive oil

Steps:
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, seasonings and yogurt,
Add chicken pieces and coat well. Let marinate for 15–30 minutes (or overnight for stronger flavor).
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
Place chicken in a single layer in the basket. Spray lightly with oil.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through (165°F / 74°C internal temp).
Serve with pita bread, hummus, tzatziki, or a fresh Greek salad.
