Peach Iced Tea
Ingredients:
2 cups peaches (finely chopped)
2-3 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
2 tea bags
1/2 cup hot water
Ice cubes
Garnish
4-5 mint leaves
4-5 peach slices
•In a pan, add peaches, sugar and water. Mix and simmer for 7 minutes until the peaches softens. Mash them and cook until the syrup slightly thickens. Strain the syrup and let it cool.
•Steep the tea bags in hot water for 5-7 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let it cool.
•In a glass, add ice, homemade peach syrup, mint leaves, peach slices. Pour the tea over it and mix.
