In partnership with SuperValu, team IMAGE hosted an immersive soirée celebrating the rich heritage and refined flavours of French wine on Thursday, September 4, at the elegant Urban Wren Nest in the heart of Dublin’s city centre.
This exclusive event transported guests from the rolling hills of Bordeaux to the sun-kissed slopes of the Rhone through a meticulously curated tasting event, blending sophistication with discovery and offering a unique opportunity to explore the stories behind SuperValu’s Specially Sourced and Guest French wines.
Guiding the journey was IMAGE Contributing Editor Édaein O’Connell, alongside SuperValu’s wine expert Kevin O’Callaghan and wine specialist Sinéad Smyth. Together, they showcased SuperValu’s exceptional French Wine Collection, paired with canapés and cheeses that highlighted and enhanced its distinct flavour profile.
Each guest also enjoyed engaging experiences such as a caricaturist corner, competitions with prizes, and a beautifully curated gift bag to take home – filled with SuperValu’s finest French cheeses and desserts.
Enjoyed by both seasoned wine connoisseurs and those who just love a great glass of vino, the event expanded palates and immersed our guests in the passion and tradition of French winemaking.
