Guys, it’s the first night back in the sorority house and we’re doing herb roasted chicken. First thing we do is make our marinade. I’m going to grab my little mixer. I have some fresh rosemary that goes into the mixer. I have some thyme. Throwing that in. I also have some fresh oregano. All three of these will be the perfect blend of herbs. Now, we’re going to add some garlic. Mine’s already pureeed. I throw it right in. A splash of red wine vinegar. Little squeeze of Dijon mustard. Big pinch of salt. Black pepper. We top that all off with some olive oil. This would make a great vinegarette, too. Go ahead and give that a nice blend. That’s going to go right over the chicken. We’re going to get full coverage. Go ahead and start mixing that in. That looks perfect. If you can let that marinade for a little while, great. Otherwise, throw it down on a sheet pan. I got my oven set 425°. I’m going to roast these things. They’re going to go in for about an hour. Now, we do some potatoes. I got these red potatoes. I just diced them all up. Those look perfect. We hit them with some olive oil. Go ahead and give them a little shaky shake. Get them well coated. And we’re going to hit those with some lemon pepper. That’s going to be perfect. Another little shaky shake. Another little coating. We’re going to double do these. Be sure we get some good flavor on them. Throw those down on our pan. 450° for these. We’re going to roast them hot. Little bit of salt to finish on top. Throw those in the oven. And when they come out, guys, look at that. Those are ready. I set them aside. The chicken is ready, too. And those are golden brown. The skin is crispy. Let’s plate. Chicken goes down. We’re going to get a big scoop of those potatoes on there next. And to finish, I made a nice sauté of some zucchini and summer squash. That rounded this meal out just perfect. Look at that. And just get in there and enjoy. What a treat. Thanks for watching.   1. Chef here. Shoulda made some kinda sauce from the marinade ingredients which are more or less a chimichurri thing… Otherwise great. Shoulda smeared some sauce near the chicken.

  3. My mother had breast cancer 35 years ago she kicked cancers ass.… She’s an honoring 83 year old woman who enjoys quilting and seriously considers at her age buying a quilting, sewing machine.… She has the room itself to put it in.… But I don’t know that’s a lot of work for an old girl

  5. Looks great as usual.. Just wondering, don't like the girls fish or lamb? (Can't be about budget.. could be one day lamb, the next day a simple pasta dish). These girls are lucky.
