   I just chuck the whole tin in a ziploc in the freezer. Keeps the trash can from smelling.

   Use your tin oil! It’s just oil (that you paid for) imbued with savory flavor. Use it anywhere you would use oil that wants some umami.

   Some good uses:

   * Salad dressing
   * Frying/scrambling eggs
   * Stir-frying veggies
   * Adding to soup
   * Tossing with pasta
   * Basting meat

   Talenti Gelato containers are so useful.

   My freezer is full of them that with homemade chicken and brown stock.

    I rent from a unit owned by a national property management company. They suck. I hope they like my deen and bacon oil in the drain 🥰
