    nice, pandan adds such a unique flavor. tried using it in my chiffon cake last week, was a hit. how did you find rolling it? first time i tried, mine cracked a bit. got any tips?

    I want to plant a pandan plant because I absolutely love the flavour. We usually use the essence in many of our savoury and sweet dishes.
    What a kawaii looking Swiss roll. I am sure it tasted amazing too.
