I only did ribs and a few pork butt's, i will try a brisket next weekend to see how it will turn out.But this is addictive.

    I’ve only done pork shoulder/butt, pork belly, and boneless lamb leg-/100% agree it’s addictive!

    Looks perfect! Would you mind sharing your method? I’ve done a lot of pork ribs on the Weber but beef ribs are in the near future!

    I have erased 5 nice things to say about this product because it looks so good none of them felt authentic enough. So here it is, I dont think I’ve ever seen a better looking rib. 100% of people who see this are going to feel that slight empty spot in their stomach where this could reside.

    Beautiful! What did you cook it on? Also what oven that holds at 120, that would be really helpful. It is addictive, enjoy the ride.
