Usually a sunny side up egg is my go-to for savory oatmeal bowls but I tried spicy turkey breakfast sausage this week and it's so delicious. Macronutrients include my coffee with almond milk and collagen powder.

Ingredients: rolled oats, lean ground turkey sausage, sautéed baby spinach, green onion, fat-free shredded cheddar, fat-free American cheese slice. Seasoned with smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt and fresh ground black pepper.
