I made deli slices again. Pretty happy without it turned out. Should I be investing in some kind of cheap countertop deli slicer?

I use a mandolin for my deli stuff- as a bonus it makes ratatouille a lot faster too

I have a deli slicer and find it works really well, can get much thinner slices and a lot quicker than I can lol. It took some adjusting and fucking around to figure it out but it’s been a worthwhile investment. Mine has the bonus of also acting as a slicer for homemade bread
