So proud of my first pumpkin loaf!

Recipe: 700g bread flour, 300 g whole wheat, 200 g starter, 20g salt

BF for 7 ish hours, shape, fridge overnight, and bake the next morning, 450 degrees, 25 minutes covered, 25 uncovered.
