I bought this sauce to try and I used about a third.
It was delicious….. But incredibly salty.
Are they all like this?

Make your own marinade, the jar stuff isn’t legit in my experience (usually too sweet)

A little goes a long way I’m sure.

The sauce you make yourself is easier to control. I would just use less next time and maybe dilute a bit with water.

Use less sauce next time maybe add more vegetables like onions, green onions, mushrooms, carrots.

What ratio did you use of sauce to meat? I’m guessing they expect you to only use a Tbsp or something, the back says per 100g. It doesn’t say to how much meat.
Definitely do your own in the future, Maangchi’s is so easy and you can tweak it after you’ve tried it.
For the rest of the jar, just doctor the marinade with honey or sugar and more vegetables to balance it out.
