    نخلط 800ميللى ميه دافئه على 10جرام خميره فوريه و3معالق كبيره سكر نقلبهم جيدا ونضيفهم على الدقيق واعجن وعندما تلتسق يدى بالعجينه اغمس يدى بالماء واغطى العجينه ترتاح لمدة 10دقايق واغمس يدى بالماء واطوى احرف العجينه للداخل واغطيها ترتاح 20دقيقه
    واغمس يدى بزيت الزيتون والم احرف العجينه وادهن الوجه بزيت الزيتون واغطيها تختمر لمدة ساعة
    اضع العجينه على رخامه وأقسمها وكل جزء اكوره واضعه على ورق زبده مرشوش عليه دقيق ذره واترك الكورات على دقيق الذره مغطاه لترتاح
    ادوب ملعقه كبيره دقيق مع نصف كوب ميه ساخنه ونصف كوب ميه دافئه
    أقسم ورق زبده لمربعات
    واغمس يدى بخليط الدقيق بالماء وأثقب العجينه من المنتصف واضعها على ورقة الزبده وأقوم بتوسعة الثقب وادهن الوجه واضع الخبز فى الفرن الساخن مسبقا على درجة حرارة 250
    على صاج المنتصف لمدة 6او 7دقايق
