MISO SESAME GINGER DRESSING

• INGREDIENTS • (serves 4)
2/3 cup tahini
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 tsp miso paste
1 tsp chili crunch (optional)
1-2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1/3-1/2 cup water (according to desired thickness)

• METHOD •
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Store in a jar in the fridge for up to 5 days for best freshness and enjoy with your favorite noodle dish.
