  • Jes's Purple Peach
  • African Bird's Eye
  • Hydra Chocolate
  • Thunder Mountain Longhorns (disappointing flavor, they look awesome)
  • Crinkle
  • Yellow Scorpion / Reaper Hybrid
  • CGN 21369 / Cheiro Roxa Hybrid (they feel like mini habaneros)
  • Goat Brains

I've been doing both fermented and fresh hot sauces, I've really been enjoying experimenting with artisan vinegars from a local craftsmen, I feel like the tangerine vinegar I put in my last habanero hot sauce was an epic flavor lift. I ate half a bottle in the day.

    Amazing pepper selection and clever labels!

    After realizing mixing pepper varieties made layers of heat in chili, on wings, etc. there is no end to the experimenting. Maybe it is the endless searching for “just right” that adds excitement.
