    How long do you smoke cream cheese for and at what temperature?

    I do mine for 90 minutes at 225. I usually make 2. 1 seasoned with the gospel from meat church. The other seasoned with traegers cherry brown sugar rub. I’ll top the second one with a cherry jalapeno jelly. 1 sweet, 1 savory. Both gone quickly. I smoke them on my traeger pro 34 with competition blend pellets and add a smoke tube for extra smokiness.
