300g cherry tomatoes
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt, black pepper to taste
200g feta cheese
red chili flakes to taste
Basil leaves
200g – Pasta (fusilli)

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C)
2. Add tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper into in a baking dish. Mix well.
3. Place the block of feta in the center, drizzle with the olive oil and chili flakes.
4. Bake in the preheated oven 30 to 35 minutes.
5. Cook pasta until al dente, saving a little pasta water.
6. Use a fork to smash and stir feta and tomatoes into a sauce. Stir in basil, a few tbsp reserved pasta water and hot drained pasta. Toss everything well.
7. Top with fresh basil and serve warm.
