[Music] Today I’m going to show you guys my version of spaghetti alio which is my favorite dinner recipe. So add some water, add a spoon of salt, bring the water to the boil and add pasta. Once it’s done, drain it. So add 2 three tablespoons of olive oil. Add chopped garlic and fry until it turns golden brown. So, usually pasta is topped up with parsley and coriander, but I like the burnt flavor of it, so I’m adding it right now. [Music] I like my pasta very spicy, so I’m adding a lot of chili flakes. And for flavor, add oregano or herbs. Mix well. Add some pasta water and add pasta. And your pasta is ready to serve. I know this is not the original version of the pasta, but uh this is for especially Indian taste buds and it is very simple to make. So do try it and let me know how it uh turned out.
