Look, this is our haka stuffed chili. It was picked up by Koreans and it was made into a street food snack at their night markets where you have to wait in a very long line to get it. Cut open the clean chili peppers and remove the seeds. Add minced meat, onions, and chopped green onions. Then add a little salt and white sugar, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Add one spoonful of cornstarch. After stirring well with chopsticks, stuff it into the seeded chili peppers. This is how it should look. Put three egg yolks in a bowl. Add two packets of crispy pork coating powder. Pour in an appropriate amount of water. This makes it very easy to make a crispy batter. Stir until there are no lumps. Add a little oil and stir until it reaches a yogurt-like consistency. First, coat the stuffed chili peppers in a layer of dry flour. This way, the batter will stick to them easily. Then, fry them in the walk at a temperature of 70% oil. You can also fry them a second time. Fry until golden and crispy. Then, you can take them out. Listen to this sound. It’s crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Truly tempting.
