Wife and I spent a few hours today making our Semi-annual batch of Tamales. Pork filling; and used fat saved from a Brisket I cooked in the Masa.

Tamales in the freezer now for the next 4-6 months.

Served mine with Molé( that my Sister made), Cotija, Salsa, Avocado, Sour Cream, Pickled Red Onion, and a bit of the leftover Pork Filling.

Not too bad for a couple of Gringos! 😋👍✌️
