I am a big fan of Brussels sprouts, so I’m going to teach you how I make them. I use fresh raw Brussels sprouts and I cut the stems off and then I quarter them. Next, I add a good layer of extra virgin olive oil. Then, I hit it with a heavy layer of salt and pop them into a 400°ree oven for about 2530 minutes. And that’s all there is to it. Save this for later.

Try cutting the stems, boiling them until soft, drain, and then olive oil and salt and rosemary. Delicious
