What are some good websites or apps for looking up wine and reading tasting notes of wines I’ve already tried

I’m new to this world and am starting to collect and drink some more wines. I’ve done some research and found some sites that are along the lines of what I’m looking for. I want to be able to track what I’ve had and what I liked or didn’t like about it and perhaps find others like it. I’ve tried wine clubs like Splash but didn’t like their selection. Any suggestions would be great!
