It's meatloaf with American cheese and chopped dill pickles. The recipe said to sandwich the inclusions in between two half meat loaves. Personally, I would have folded into the mixture. The flavor was great, but it looks like it's about to start squirming towards me.

I’m honestly glad he wasn’t impressed. If he was, I’d be very worried about him.
If my friend cooked for me, I would be grateful as long as it wasn’t poisoned. I would eat a bit of it even if it tasted bad. It’s the thought that counts.
