I was about to make myself a sandwich and noticed these little white lumps on my turkey. What is it? I’m probably not gonna eat it because…ew…but also I don’t wanna waste it if this wouldn’t kill me.

If you eat it, you’ll go BRRRRR *cold turkey*

  3. Zoom and enhance. It’s too hard to tell.

Gross answer: a bunch of flies laid eggs.

Benign answer but still a bit gross: some corn meal or coarse grain (like semolina) from the grocery store bakery section got involved during packaging.

It might not kill you directly but the diarrhea might.

This happened to me once, even though I opened up a brand new package

That’s bacterial colonies. Probably harmless lactobacillus eating the sugars in the deli meat, especially if it’s something like brown sugar smoked turkey.

But if it smells off, pitch it. That’s not safe bacteria. Your nose knows.

Eat it while drinking Irish whiskey. You’ll be fine.

Good news/bad news: the good news is if you eat it, you’re gonna lose a lot of weight, real fast.

Looks like listeria colonies. Only deadly *sometimes*.

I don’t understand how people get to adulthood and need to post shit like this on the internet to ask if it’s bad. Throw your rotten meat in the fucking trash and stop posting it for other people to look at.
