What are your thoughts on this upcoming Ramen book by Sho Spaeth?
Has anyone ever tried making ramen from Sho Spaeth's recipes?

Just looked on amazon and its not even out till the 14th? unless its just delayed release to the UK

Sho is a great guy who does in depth research into what he talks about. I would recommend it without seeing it.

What are you trying to get out of the book?
If you’re a general fan of ramen and want to support the author then buy it sight unseen. There’s much worse content being peddled on Amazon. (I put myself in this camp.)
If you’re looking for some basic recipes and want to get started then use Mike’s free book.
If you want video instruction I really like Ramen Rotas channel; it’s a shop in Japan and aimed at the home cook.
