  1. 🍄‍🟫 Lunch: [Ground chicken and veggies skillet](https://www.budgetbytes.com/ground-turkey-zucchini-skillet/) by BudgetBytes (8 servings)
    —Doubled the recipe, used ground chicken instead of turkey (tastes better in this recipe IMO), and added a box of mushrooms and a couple bell peppers. Also 2.5x the stir fry sauce, and served over white rice. This recipe is AMAZING. A frequent favorite, and very versatile for whatever veggies you want to throw in. Eaten alongside Chobani zero sugar yogurt

    —Doubled the recipe and added over easy eggs each night. Pretty good recipe, but felt like it was missing some acidity, so added lemon as well.

    🥂 Extras: Spindrift pineapple to enjoy after lunch, and Chobani 20g protein yogurt for nighttime snacks
