This pinsella salad has been inspired by my travels to Italy. And you guys, it’s so easy to make. You’re going to toast up the bread, combine dressing, which is just oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. For the tomatoes, I use colorful ones, cucumbers, onion, and basil. And then some of the toasty bread. Combine it together. Add the dressing. You want to let this sit for a little bit so it combines all the juices together. And dig in. It is yum.
