So, my Dad was well known for his incredible (and easy) spaghettis sauce. My friends went over jusssst for this sauce.

I went vegan 10+ years ago, so it has been real long without tasting it.

Well, he made it for me! Vegan this time.

1 onion cut in pieces, cooked in 2 tbsp of oil. Then add 4 blocks (maybe 4x 500g) of firm tofu that as been smash with your hands + 100-200g of roughly shredded dried shiitake.
Cooked this with almost half a bottle VH Gluten Free Soya Sauce Lite With 30% Less Sodium (approx. 190 mL or less)
Maybe 1 to 2 cups.of water need to be added.

Cooked this, then add the rest:
* 2 bottles (2x 860 mL) of organic marinara sauce from costco
* 4 cans (4 x 284 mL) of tomato soups from Aylmer
* Persley
* Maybe other things 😅 I was not paying attention at this point.

You will have to cook it and let the sauce reduce for it to become more thick, because no ones like runny watery spaghetti sauce in the house.

After that, if you want cheesy parmesan blue cheese like substance to add innyour own plate, go buy yourself some powdered sumbara to put on top of your spaghettis.
