    – 2 chicken breasts (cut into strips)
    – 1 tbsp oil
    – ½ tsp salt
    – ½ tsp black pepper
    – 1 tsp paprika
    – 1 tsp lemon juice

    For Coating:
    – 1 cup breadcrumbs
    – 2 cloves garlic (minced)
    – 1 tbsp olive oil
    – 2 eggs
    – 2 tbsp milk

    For Glaze:
    – 3 tbsp butter
    – ½ cup sriracha
    – 3 tbsp honey

 1. Marinate chicken strips with oil, salt, pepper, paprika, lemon juice.
    2. Toast breadcrumbs in garlic + olive oil.
    3. Dip chicken in egg wash (2 eggs + milk), coat with garlic breadcrumbs.
    4. Bake at 180°C for 25 mins.
    5. Make glaze: melt 3 tbsp butter + ½ cup sriracha + 3 tbsp honey.
    6. Toss baked strips in glaze. Serve hot!
