Brunch today was simple and fresh: arugula, tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, an egg bite (I’d made a batch ahead, froze them, and reheated), and half a whole wheat pita. Just a drizzle of olive oil, a squeeze of lemon, and a sprinkle of fresh dill I had on hand. Herbs are such an easy way to keep salads interesting!
