I know people have talked about it and I've had it sitting on my shelf for a few months, the hype is real. So firm, dense and flavorful.

    So good, but I wasn’t prepared for how salty it was. It’s somewhere between a regular sardine and a salt cured anchovy. Sooo good though!

    Agree — excellent, firm fish. Also, a great value — half the price of others I’ve tried that weren’t as good.
