Recipe is:

5 slices Jennie-o turkey bacon, diced

22 shrimp, frozen & shelled

2 cups cauliflower rice

1 cup sugar snap peas

1 cup frozen petite peas

Tablespoon-ish of sriracha

Tablespoon-ish of maple syrup

A dash of sesame seeds

Garlic powder to taste

It may seem weird, but it’s actually super good and filling enough that I don’t feel the need to snack for pretty much the rest of the night 🤷‍♀️
