LA has great street tacos, tortas, fruit carts but where are the hamburguesas?

I see cars snaking for blocks daily for In-N-Out and lines even for freaking McDonald's! People clearly want burgers! Then I see street burgers in CDMX like these:

The setup looks even simpler than taco stands. I’m too busy to jump on this so I’m sharing a million dollar idea for the go-getters out there (of course I want great street burgers in LA as well 😋).

Forget taco trucks the market's already saturated. Instead set up your hamburguesa stand right next to popular spots like Leo’s or Angel’s Tijuana Tacos and watch the people line up!
