Today we want to show you how to make the perfect cheese saganaki. Hit me up with some lemon. Here you go, my sister. So good, right? Why is it so good? Why? Why cheese? Why is it so good? Making cheese saganaki at home is so easy. Here’s how we do it. Find two bowls whose dimensions are larger than the pieces of cheese. In one, mix together the flour, sugar, and breadcrumbs. Fill the second bowl with ice water. Taking one piece of cheese at a time, dunk it into ice water and then coat it with the flour mixture. Dunk back in the water, then back in the flour. Finally, dunk quickly in the water for the third and last time. Immediately place the cheese into the preheated frying pan with heated olive oil. Fry the first side for about 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown. Flip over carefully and fry on the other side. We love to squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the cheese. Enjoy.
